Gwen Michonne will lie to you to save a buck. We had a change of employment and we were deciding between paying for another month or breaking our lease early. Gwen assured us that if we left it clean we would get our deposit back. Then she gave a number of bogus reasons (like the lawn not being cut, even thought it had been over a month since we cut it before moving out. We were told their was no "legal" obligation to pay us anything. Typical landlord scams.

I cannot say enough about the Broker and the Agents who make up the team at Century 21 on Gause Blvd in Slidell. They provide much more than professional listing and purchase assistance for your real estate, they provide a personal, caring approach to supporting you through these very important transactions. I've had a dining room floor thats been a concrete slab for the last five months. She has no sense of accountability, no sense of urgency and is noncommunicative in every since if the term.
